Myron Gray joined the banking sector after discharge from the military; he worked in the Corporate Trust Department of American Security Bank working to advance corporate trust services. The bank merged with Maryland National Bank around 1980, then merged with Nation Bank. Following the mergers, Gray's department was eliminated.
